(Authorized Person of PL Capital)

1. Status & Role
   Finvachi Capital acts as an Authorized Person (AP) of PL Capital, registered with the stock exchanges. As an AP, we facilitate client onboarding, account-related assistance, and access to services offered by PL Capital.

2. Scope of Services

   • Assistance in demat and trading account opening

   • Providing educational information and general market awareness

   • Facilitating access to trading platforms, reports, and services provided by PL Capital

   • Client support and coordination

3. No Investment Advice or Guarantees
   Finvachi Capital does not provide investment advice, trading tips, stock recommendations, or guaranteed returns. All market participation involves risk, and decisions made by clients are at their own discretion.

4. Trading & Investment Responsibility
   All trades and investments are executed through PL Capital’s systems. Clients are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions, including profits and losses.

5. Risk Disclosure
   Investment in securities markets is subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Clients are advised to understand the risks involved before investing or trading.

6. Compliance & Regulations
   All services are governed by rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by SEBI, stock exchanges, depositories, and other regulatory authorities, as applicable from time to time.

7. KYC & Documentation
   Clients must provide accurate and complete KYC details and documents. Finvachi Capital and PL Capital are not responsible for delays or rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Charges & Fees
   Brokerage, statutory charges, and other fees are levied as per PL Capital’s approved tariff structure. Finvachi Capital does not independently decide or modify brokerage rates.

9. Technology & Platform Access
   Trading platforms, software, and tools are provided by PL Capital or third-party vendors. Finvachi Capital is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity issues, or system delays.

10. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
    Client information is handled as per applicable data protection laws and shared only with PL Capital, regulatory authorities, or service providers where required.

11. Limitation of Liability
    Finvachi Capital shall not be liable for any losses arising due to market movements, system issues, regulatory changes, or client-driven decisions.

12. Modification of Terms
    These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified without prior notice to align with regulatory or business requirements.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
